It looks like arugula, but spigariello is actually cruciferous, a hybrid of broccoli and kale. Of the two known species of spigariello, ours (spigariello riccia) with its serrated frilly leaves is the rarer, and its peculiar geometry makes for a satisfying snap in every bite. Remove stems and sauté lightly, braise, or toss into stews. Treat as you would kale or broccoli.
