100% Xarel.lo, harvested at high altitude from 65yr-old vines, fermented and aged in amphora. As delicious as it is rare and unique, this is wine of a different order altogether. Savory, mineral, and deceptively powerful, it is perfect with salty fish (like bacalao) or cured olives and meat.
