100% Xarel.lo, harvested at high altitude from 60yr-old vines, fermented and aged in oak barrels (30% new). Enric Soler is the master of still Xarel.lo, and Nun is his family's oldest vineyard. The ancient vines produce fruit with considerable dry extract, allowing for more aggressive oak treatment, and results in a rich, extravagant style. A marvelous wine for hearty fish stews, or chicken and rabbit paella.
