Over the years, Guyon has grown into one of the larger producers in the Cote d'Or, with over 70 hectares spread over multiple appellations, but quality remains high across the board. This is classic Pernand, farmed from a hillside vineyard that overlooks Montrachet. Already a rich wine, the bottle age adds nutty, honeycomb accents. Screams for truffled pasta, soft-scrambled eggs with caviar, or anything else equally luxurious.
