Girl & Dug Farm Pea Tendrils


A traditional harbinger of spring, pea tendrils taste much like the more common pods on the same plant. We select sweeter, less fibrous varieties so that the tendrils don't need to be cooked. Garnish any dish that calls for fresh, pea-like flavors: roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes are great places to start.
