This Almond Oil is made by grinding almonds using a traditional granite mill, then the ground almonds are refined into an oil, that has an impeccable aroma. This almond oil is perfect drizzled over a baked white fish, poured over a salad, mixed into a vinaigrette, or tossed with sauteed vegetables or potatoes for a unique, nutty flavor. Nut oils are not typically used for cooking, but rather to finish dishes.
